Cairo. Egypt is the engine of the Arab world. Not that Beirut wouldn't be nice...
I wish some country would sell us some land about the size of Singapore. Ghedaffi's got more than he can use. Start from scratch.
No idea who Sphinx is. Betweeen him and Baheyya, there's a lot of primo greymatter.
