08:01 Baghdad. IRAQI DEPUTY FOREIGN MINISTER ASSASSINATED Bassam Qubba, 60, was assassinated in the Al-Adhamiya quarter by a lone gunman. Qubba had been in the Iraqi delegation to the UN last week.
