12.48 Teheran. IRAN, KHARRAZI DENIES SUPPORTING SADR. Iranian FM Kamal Kharrazi denies that Iran supports Sadr following talks with Polish FM Wlodzimierz Cimoszewicz.

10.57 Wellington. NEW ZEALANDER THOUGHT KIDNAPPED WAS HELD BY USA. A New Zealand tourist thought missing was held and interrogated for three months by US. Andreas Schafer, 26, went missing in March. US denied holding Schaefer to New Zealand Foreign Ministry.
