Kurdistan besieged by refugees

L'Orient Le Jour reports that tens of thousands of refugees from all over Iraq have settled in the open between Erbil and Mosul. Moreover, ethnic Kurds have abandoned the city of Mosul. The new refugee camp at Khazir, is already overwhelmed, with temperatures in the triple digits and little sanitation or power.
