To war, to war, I say!

Le Monde's correspondent for Lebanon writes that during George W. Bush's recent visit to Israel, he met with Israeli generals, apparently urging them to invade Lebanon again to finish off Hezbollah. The generals rejected the proposal. I guess that's why we haven't seen Cheney ordering bombers to Iran - the Israelis must not be interested in that, either.

Update: The information about Bush asking Israeli generals to finish off Hezbollah in is an interview with an academic and area expert Elizabeth Picard (IEP d'Aix and Saint-Joseph University, Beirut).
